We prioritize your privacy by having only one artist working at a time, and we do not have immediate street access to prevent random individuals from entering during your session. This sensory friendly environment ensures comfort for you and your optional emotional support human, allowing for a more personalized experience. Additionally, we discuss any tattoo consultation fees upfront to keep everything transparent. Our studio is 100% private—only you, your support person, and your artist will be present.
Our private tattoo studio offers a low-stimulation, sensory-friendly environment to enhance safety and comfort. No more offensively loud music or crowded stations. Tattooing can already be painful, so we strive to make the experience as painless as possible wherever we can, and our tattoo consultation fees are designed to reflect our commitment to personalized care.
All appointments at our private tattoo studio are scheduled a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Clients will receive dedicated time with their artist in a sensory friendly environment to collaboratively work on their desired project.
Consultations and appointments require a non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking, which will contribute to the overall tattoo consultation fees. All designs will be presented in-person on the day of the appointment and cannot be shown prior. Any changes to the design will be made during the appointment. Full redesigns and last-minute changes will incur associated rebooking fees.
Each Client must put down a deposit for their own appointments at our private tattoo studio. Please note that deposits are not transferrable to other Clients. These deposits contribute toward the total cost of services, including tattoo consultation fees. Additionally, all deposits are non-refundable, ensuring a sensory friendly environment that prioritizes your experience.
Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes past their appointment time at our private tattoo studio will incur a late fee of $100. Any client who arrives 30 minutes late without prior communication will be rescheduled, and their previous deposit will be void. A new deposit will be required to rebook the appointment. We aim to maintain a sensory friendly environment, and these policies help us ensure a smooth experience for all clients, including regarding tattoo consultation fees.
Any No Call No Show occurrences at our private tattoo studio will result in immediate blacklisting from our studio and all affiliates, ensuring that we maintain a sensory friendly environment for all clients. Additionally, please be aware of our tattoo consultation fees before your appointment.
At our private tattoo studio, touch ups are subject to a $65 supply fee. However, this fee is waived if the touch up on work done by Anastasia is requested during another tattoo appointment, allowing you to enjoy a sensory friendly environment while discussing your tattoo consultation fees.
In our private tattoo studio, appointments that are cancelled less than 72 hours in advance and not rescheduled will forfeit the deposit. Clients can reschedule their appointments one time before a new deposit is required to rebook. Any appointment cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will automatically lose their deposit, and a new deposit will be necessary. Additionally, we have a 3-strike policy: if any client cancels their appointment with short notice (less than 72 hours) three times, they will be blacklisted from our studio and all our affiliates. We also maintain a sensory friendly environment within the studio, and a fee will be applicable for tattoo consultations.
In our private tattoo studio, if you need to cancel a full day session with less than 72 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will be applied. This fee is non-refundable, will not be applicable to future appointments, and voids the original deposit. Please be aware that the cancellation fee must be paid immediately and does not contribute toward your final balance. We strive to maintain a sensory friendly environment for all our clients, and we appreciate your understanding regarding tattoo consultation fees.
Black-listing clients is never a decision an artist at our private tattoo studio wants to make, but when boundaries are disrespected, we must protect ourselves and our income. In an effort to maintain a sensory friendly environment, clients who are black-listed may receive notice once the ban is put into effect.
So, how does one get black-listed?
- Cancelling their appointment with short notice three times
- Violating our policies
- No-call no-show (one offense)
- Using substances in our facility
- Bringing children or unfit guests
- Non-payment or late payment of tattoo consultation fees
- And other unacceptable behavior.
In our private tattoo studio, we prioritize creating a sensory friendly environment. Therefore, ALL CELLPHONE RINGERS MUST BE SILENCED, and external media should only be used with headphones. Please refrain from taking phone calls during your appointment. If this is unavoidable, we kindly ask that you step outside our studio to do so. This ensures a peaceful setting for everyone and allows us to discuss tattoo consultation fees without interruptions.

Many numbing creams available online are banned by the FDA or may contain harmful ingredients that could compromise the healing process of your tattoo. To ensure a comfortable experience in our sensory friendly environment, we have established a procedure where we apply a 5% lidocaine topical. This effective numbing agent will alleviate discomfort once applied to the skin and covered with plastic wrap for at least one hour, included in our tattoo consultation fees.
In our private tattoo studio, clients may bring ONE additional guest to their appointments. All guests must be 18 years of age or older and should be able to conduct themselves respectfully to help us maintain our sensory friendly environment. Please note that tattoo consultation fees may apply.
Clients who are currently taking certain medications may not be eligible to undergo tattooing procedures at our private tattoo studio. These medications include blood thinners, ibuprofen, antibiotics, or any agents that compromise the immune system. Clients must refrain from using such medications no less than 72 hours prior to their appointment. If this is not possible, confirmation of safety from a physician is required, especially in a sensory friendly environment. Additionally, clients should be aware of any tattoo consultation fees that may apply.
Any clients who are immune compromised or have a medical condition that may negatively impact healing, such as blood diseases or disorders, must obtain medical clearance from a licensed physician before proceeding with their tattoo session at our private tattoo studio. During your tattoo consultation, we also discuss tattoo consultation fees and ensure a sensory friendly environment for all clients.
At our private tattoo studio, we prefer using Saniderm as the primary method of protection applied directly after tattooing. Clients with allergies to adhesives should inform their artist during the tattoo consultation about alternative aftercare methods, such as Ink Beetle Derm Gel, ensuring a sensory friendly environment. Saniderm is recommended to be removed 24-48 hours after application.

While doing a consultation, I take measurements; I may make a mock-up with skin-safe pens directly on your skin, and we find reference photos together. This process goes smoothly when done in-person.

No. If you have applied numbing cream or any medicated ointments to your skin within the last 72hrs, you will need to reschedule your appointment. You may have to pay a new deposit to reschedule (see rescheduling/cancellation policy)
Yes. It is an additional $60 charge and must be scheduled in advance. Numbing cream cannot be applied after the tattooing process has started.
Yes. Numbing cream does work. It simply makes the pain more tolerable for the first 2 hours of tattooing or so. It does not make it entirely painless. I use 4% lidocaine. There are higher concentrations that claim to be more effective, but they have severe side effects and pose a significant risk to your health, as stated by the FDA. Higher concentrations of over-the-counter lidocaine products are banned in the USA.
